NEW CLIENT POLICY

New clients are required to submit payment information when booking an appointment. This policy is in place to ensure new clients are respectful of Belle Lash Lounge staff and their time. No shows will be penalized with a non-refundable charge. Belle Lash Lounge offers a flexible rescheduling policy and encourages open communication if any scheduling changes are needed

Cancellation and rescheduling

We have a strictly enforced 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Any appointment missed, late, canceled, or changed without 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. If you are running behind for your scheduled appointment, We ask you to give us a call or text. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will automatically be canceled, and you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Existing client fill policy

Clients must have at least 50% of their lashes during each fill appointments. If a client has less than 50%, they may be subject to additional charges.

Belle Lash Lounge recommends receiving a fill every two(2) to four (4) weeks.

Refund policy

Belle Lash Lounge will not issue refunds under any circumstances. In the event that a client is unsatisfied with the service or outcome, the client must contact Belle Lash Lounge within three (3) days of the original service date. In return, a complimentary 30-minute touch up appointment will be provided.
